Our Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason please call us to obtain a return authorization. We will cheerfully authorize you to return merchandise for replacement or refund if you call us or email within 15 business days of receipt. All returned items must have authorization so be sure to call us or email before sending. Returned items must arrive back to us within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise.

We will always pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

We reserve the right to refuse refund or issue a partial refund for the return of certain items, including:

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Any book that has obvious signs of use
• Any software that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap)
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts
